Essence Cycles

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Essence cycles come from the letters of your full birth name. Each letter stays active for a number of years equal to its value, so an A lasts one year and an I lasts nine. The letters of your first, middle and last names run as parallel transits, and adding the active letter values for any year gives that year's Essence number. This course covers building the transit table and reading it.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Build the letter transit table for a full birth name
• Calculate the Essence number for any year of life
• Read Essence alongside the Personal Year for the same year
• Spot long single-letter transits that set the tone for several years

WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR

Anyone who wants to calculate and read their own numbers with confidence. No prior numerology is needed, and every lesson pairs with a free calculator so you can check your work.
