The Four Rhythms

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Biorhythm charts track cycles that begin at birth: physical (23 days), emotional (28 days) and intellectual (33 days), with a fourth, intuitive cycle of 38 days used in many modern charts. Each cycle is drawn as a wave, and the days where it crosses the centre line are marked as critical days. This course explains each rhythm and how to read them together.
